Take shame for example. Unspoken shame can cause us to play smaller than we are, hold back our truth, or people-please just to feel worthy. It impacts everything—from our sleep and stress levels, to our relationships and self-worth.

Anxiety is often another sign. We try to push through or numb the discomfort, but anxiety is often a messenger that something deeper is asking to be felt.

The antidote? Healthy emotional expression. Learning to feel and release safely is the remedy you didn’t know you needed.

What is Emotional Release?

Neo Emotional Release (NER) is a trauma-informed, somatic approach that integrates body awareness, breath, and emotional processing to help you move from stuckness to clarity, from tension to ease.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, this is a multi-sensory experience that accesses your inner emotional world through movement, vocal release, and deep presence — guided safely and intuitively.

Sessions help you:

  • Let go of stored stress, grief, shame, or rage

  • Regulate your nervous system

What does a session look like?

Using a combination of verbal guidance, expressive breath, and gentle psychosomatic touch, each session unfolds at your body’s pace — not your brain’s.

It might be loud or quiet. Gentle or intense. Emotional or still.

We listen to your body’s resistance and wisdom, choosing softness or activation based on what you truly need — not what you think you should do.
